The spray goes on clear and dries fast enough that my daughter stops squirming before I finish her arms. She got soaked at the splash pad and we didn't have to reapply until we were done.
The water resistance is no joke—my kid stayed in the pool for over an hour and came out without a hint of pink. I also love that I can spray it on his wet arms right after a swim and it still rubs in clear without that greasy feel.
